This is just an easy recipe. Preparation time is about 10 minutes. Cooking time is also 10 minutes. And it makes 6 servings. Now here’s what you’ll need.
Ingredients:
- 2lbs Ground Beef
- 1/3 cup of Ketchup
- 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 tbsp Dijon or Spicy Mustard
- 2 tbsp Barbecue Sauce
- 4 whole Hamburger Buns
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 heads Romaine or Green-leaf Lettuce, Torn
- 1 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 4 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced
- 8 whole Dill Pickle Spears, Cubed
- 1 whole Red Onion
Instructions:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain off the fat. Then add some ketchup, mustard, and barbecue sauce on the beef and mix well to combine. Test taste from time to time and make sure that it’s delightfully sticky and sweet. Add some of the ingredients if you think there’s a need to. Keep it warm and set aside.
Cut the hamburger buns into cubes about 1-inch each. In a separate skillet, melt the ¼ stick of butter over low heat, add the little bread cubes, and toss to coat. Cook for about 10 minutes while adding another ¼ stick of butter once in a while until the whole butter was used.
To make the salad, simply pile the torn lettuce on a plate, load the meat mixture, and then put the grated cheese, diced tomato, pickles, and sliced red onion on top. After that, sprinkle the croutons around the plate. Immediately serve the cheeseburger salad.
