Located in a basement since 1977 Hugo’s offers lunch or dinner six days a week with a broad American menu of award-winning burgers in addition to their homemade french fries, nachos and crepes. They are known for their famous beer cheese soup and 1/3 pound charbroiled 100% Black Angus beef burgers such as the Bleu Moon burger, Guacomole burger and Nature’s burger, a multi-grain vegetable burger.
Kids 12 and under always eat free at Grub’s Bar & Grille that offers food, TV, games and entertainment in addition to their 1/2 lb beef patty burgers that can include the Grub’s Bar & Grille signature dipping sauce with an All-American meal menu featured online. Grub’s Bar & Grille also offers The Mezzanine for private parties for any occasion.

Located in the Capital Hotel and offering a southern style atmosphere Capital Bar & Grill is a long favorite of the locals. They offer a unique menu of southern comfort food including The Burger, 7 ounces of natural Creekstone beef with your choice of a variety of cheeses and house-made pickles. They seasonally offer background jazz entertainment three to four nights a week.
Fort Smith, AR
George’s Restaurant has been a local favorite for almost 30 years. The restaurant is very popular for its burgers and homemade fries, having recently been inducted in the Entertainment Fort Smith’s Hall of Fame for Best Burger. Most popular among all selections is the Big George. This burger is made up of triple meat and cheese served with George’s fresh cut fries.
Little Rock, AR
With over a dozen best burger awards under their belt Cotham’s, home of the hubcap cheeseburger, offers many menu options. Opened in 1984 with a new location opened in October of 1999 Cotham’s has been voted as the best burger in the State of Arkansas by Food Network Magazine. They have also been featured on Tasty Travels and Man Vs. Food.

Opened in 2002 by two University of Arkansas students Ej’s Eats and Drinks is a downtown restaurant & bar with a cult following since the start. Ej’s Eats and Drinks is known for their homemade chips, sandwiches, salads, secret-recipe soups and of course burgers all included in a fun atmosphere. They provide home delivery, dine in or take out with a printable online menu.
Eureka Springs, AR
Bubba’s Barbeque is a dine in or take out establishment with the slogan “It may not look famous, but it is!” Their menu, found online, features a selection of burgers, sandwiches, sides and dishes such as “Nick’s Cluck & Squeal”.
