How to Prepare
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, blue cheese, chives, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and mustard. Use your hands to gently mix the ingredients together until just incorporated. Remember not to over-mix. Shape into patties, about 1/2 inch thick and larger than your bun. Cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking over high direct heat. Using tongs and a folded up paper towel dipped in vegetable oil, oil the grill grates. Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Assemble the burgers and add other toppings to suite your preferences. Finally, enjoy! Do tell us how you like it!
