Krav Maga, what is it?

No regime is going to protect you in all instances. Nor, will it put you in ideal physical shape without hours of practice. Self defense training like Krav Maga should be done in conjunction with a healthy exercise routine. Being in good physical health will also give you the best chance in many situations.
