Keith L. Small, DMD

Keith L. Small, DMD received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University in 1958. He completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 1967. Dr. Small is the senior member of the Cody Dental Group, joining the staff in 1967. He has been honored by being awarded Fellowship in both the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. He is also a member in The Pierre Fouchard Academy of Dentists. In 1988, Dr. Small was elected to membership in the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry.
