Dr. Michael J. Wall

Dr. Wall received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Washington University, then went on to receive a Master of Science in Orthodontics from St. Louis University. In 1985, Dr. Wall returned to Hawaii and started his practice of orthodontics. Dr. Wall is recognized as a Specialist in Orthodontics by the American Association of Orthodontics. While it is true that any general dentist can perform orthodontic treatment, only an orthodontic specialist is held to the highest standards and performs at the highest level of orthodontic care. He holds many professional memberships such as, American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Hawaii Dental Association, Hawaii Society of Orthodontics, Honolulu County Dental Society and Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics.
