Dr. Charles Middleton, DDS

Dr. Middleton, after graduating from Ball State University, he continued on to Indiana University School of Dentistry where he graduated at the top of his class in 1982. Dr. Charles Middleton then opened his office in Fort Wayne where he has been in practice for 28 years. Dr. Middleton performs cosmetic and restorative dentistry, oral surgery and dental implants.
