Dr. John M. Fay II, DDS

Dr. Fay, graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1989. Dr. Fay enjoys providing the variety of dental services  required of a family dentist. He is committed to  continuing education for his staff and for himself, and  also to maintaining cutting-edge technology to ensure  state-of-the-art care and a full array of options for his patients. He has received awards for his “Fay Dental Cares” program supporting the needs of the children in the Big Brother-Big Sister program in Brown County.
