Adena Compton, LMT

Adena attended the Peninsula Massage Therapy program and graduated in 2008. She brings a variety of skills to her massage practice to create a therapeutic blend of deep tissue, treatment, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage. She provides a slower, sustained pressure during massage, giving the body a chance to effectively release tension and speed healing.
