Elizabeth, has been a licensed and insured massage therapist in the state of Florida for over 19 years. She is certified in Swedish, Reiki, Barefoot Massage and trained in most spa applications to include body wraps, facial massage, pedicaures, manicures, and much much more. Elizabeth is experienced in helping professional athletes recover from injuries to include stretching and strengthening techniques acquired from her personal yoga experience.
