Kristen Aspaas

Kristen is a licensed massage therapist. She is nationally certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Kristen received her training at the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida. This 820 hour program provided proficiency in neuromuscular therapy, connective tissue therapy and sports massage. Kristen opened her massage practice in Savannah in 1998. Every year she increases her knowledge base by learning new techniques and keeping abreast of current research and new developments in the field.
