Cheryl

Cheryl has been a Certified Massage Therapist full time after graduating from Center for Vital Living of Fort Wayne in 2004. She specializes in Therapeutic Massage which includes deep tissue and trigger point therapies. Cheryl is also trained in Myofascial Release, Integrative Neuromuscular Therapy and holds certifications in Craniosacral I, II and recently cupping which pulls the fascia up from the muscle releasing toxins and encouraging healthier blood flow and healing.
