Jennifer Ernst, LMT

Jennifer attended massage school in Louisville at Stillpoint Wellness Center. She completed a certification in deep tissue massage at Advanced Massage Therapeutics. She has completed workshops in Cranial Sacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute and in Active Isolated Stretching with Aaron Mattes. Jennifer’s strongest skill set is deep tissue massage, relieving trigger points, and muscular re-education to help the body function at its optimal level.
