Helen Marie Carruthers

Helen has been a nationally certified massage therapist since 2003. Her studies were completed at AKS Massage School where she graduated with honors from a 615 hour program. She began working for Sophia Kuziel Massage and Wellness and in June 2010, took over the business, renaming it Ellicott City Massage Therapy. She has a certification in prenatal massage, and has studied additionally in the areas of chronic neck pain and myofascial release.
