Sara Wortham

A 2010 graduate of Southeastern Institute, Sara specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Swedish and Prenatal. Sara developed a passion for focusing on awareness of self-care by correcting and preventing Repetitive Motion Injury (RMI) that can occur daily at the computer or in the gym and restrict range of motion.
