Ann Marie Sylvester

Ann is a 1992 graduate of the Humanities Center School of Massage. Since then, she has operated a private practice in RI, True Touch Massage Therapy, and worked in conjunction with a chiropractor. Ann Marie utilizes deep tissue techniques such as neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release, while having a basis in relaxation massage, certification in Ayurvedic/Sacred Stone Massage, Bodywork for the Child Bearing Year (Pregnancy Massage), and Kinesio Taping. She also has training in reflexology and herbology, and is a Reiki Master/Teacher. Ann Marie combines over 20 years of experience and training with a keen intuitive sense along with your input to create a customized treatment that will meet your individual needs.
