She is grounded in her training in, Swedish, Trigger Point, Therapy/Deep Tissue Relief, Contemporary Cupping Methods, Biomagnetic Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, Aromatouch/Aroma Therapy, Energy work, Reiki and Reflexology. She is deeply influenced with her studies of  CoreAwareness, Maya Abdominal Massage Therapy,  QiGong, Lomi Lomi massage that focuses on the body, spirit, and breath.
