Chrissy Hayden

Chrissy is a trained massage therapist and certified clinical nutritionist. She founded The Art of Health, LLC in 2008 to bring high quality bodywork to clients in a safe, therapeutic atmosphere. As a bodyworker, she specializes in the treatment of chronic and acute muscle pain caused by stress, overuse, and injury using a combination of massage modalities tailored to each client’s needs. Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Swedish, Thai Massage, and Sports Massage are all part of her unique skill set. Chrissy is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association and certified by the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists.
