They proudly make their dough from scratch, using unbleached, unbromated flour. Their toppings are sourced locally when available, and organic when possible. Their pizzas range from more traditional, classic flavors to inventive, creative combinations. They are proud to serve their house-made hot Italian sausage, pickles, and cured meats (just to name a few) and partner with local farms to provide the freshest produce available.
