The Pizza Peels & Tap Room opened its fist location in Cotswold in the Spring of 2008. From the beginning it has been their goal to create the best pizza crust in town, one that is chewy on the inside yet crunchy on the outside. Before they pile on their gourmet toppings they use a combination of extra virgin olive oil, fresh yeast, molasses, and a touch of wheat flour to create their distinctive flavor sensation that you will be running to your friends about.
