Barnsider’s beef is carefully aged a minimum of 28 days in a temperature and humidity controlled environment.  Their chefs cut and trim every steak to rigid standards in their On-Premise Butcher Shop, resulting in a lean, tender and incredibly flavorful steak. Fresh fish is delivered daily and held to the highest standards ensuring unsurpassed quality. All dishes are prepared by their award winning chefs from the freshest ingredients available.
