Standard Baking Co. is a family owned and operated business that has been part of downtown Portland since 1995. Their intention has always been to make truly good, artisanal baked goods and to serve their customers as best as possible. Handcrafted and baked throughout the day in their 12-ton, stone deck oven, you’ll find traditional French baguettes, German Vollkornbrot, Focaccia, and more, made from 100% Maine grown and milled whole grains.
