Marc Michelson, M.D.

Marc Michelson, M.D. is a Corneal Specialist, Cataract & LASIK Eye Surgeon at Alabama Eye & Cataract Center, P.C. and Michelson Laser Vision, Inc. in Birmingham. Dr. Michelson founded the first Refractive Laser Eye Surgery Center in Alabama at Carraway Methodist Medical Center in Birmingham where he conducted pioneering clinical research in Laser Eye Surgery to assist in the clinical trials required to present data to the (FDA) for approval of the Excimer Laser. Dr. Michelson performed his first Laser Vision Correction treatments on the human eyes in 1991.
