Dr. Jim E. Montgomery is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist who has been practicing refractive eye surgery since 2001. He received the honor of first in the category of “Best LASIK/Laser Center/LASIK Eye Surgeon” in the Boulder Camera’s Best of Boulder County for three consecutive years.
