Damien C. Macaluso, M.D.

Dr. Macaluso specializes in laser vision correction surgery, cataract surgery, corneal diseases and corneal transplants. He completed a fellowship in Refractive Surgery, Corneal and External Diseases and Corneal Transplants at The Moran Eye Center, University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah where he was awarded the prestigious Heed Fellowship. Dr. Macaluso specializes in laser vision correction surgery including Advanced Surface Treatment (PRK) and Laser Assisted In-Situ Keratomileusis (LASIK). He also has extensive experience with premium intraocular lenses for cataract surgery (Tecnis multifocal, Crystalens, ReSTOR, Tecnis Toric and AcrySof Toric). In addition, he also specializes in the advanced cornea transplant technique (DSAEK) for Fuchs Dystrophy. He continues to actively publish and lecture nationally in his area of expertise.
