Rachel B. Cook, M.D.

Dr. Cook is proud to join the Berkeley Eye Center family to continue the Berkeley tradition of providing compassionate eye care with excellence as a comprehensive ophthalmologist. She offers routine and screening eye exams, cataract evaluations and premium cataract surgery, refractive surgery (LASIK/PRK), glaucoma and diabetes treatment, and medically necessary eyelid surgery. Dr. Cook is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the Texas Medical Association and the Christian Ophthalmology Society.
