Francis J. Wapner, MD, FACS

Dr. Wapner is the medical director at the Physicians Surgery Center, as well as the Chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology at St. Marks Hospital. Dr. Wapner is board certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons, as well as a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Board of Ophthalmology, and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.
