Thomas G. Mulligan, M.D.

Dr. Mulligan has been practicing at CLEARVIEW Eye & Laser since 1994. He specializes in cataract and refractive surgery.  He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a certified iLASIK surgeon. He has extensive experience in oculoplastics and also treats eye diseases such as diabetes, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. Dr. Mulligan is on staff at Franciscan Highline Medical Center in Burien and Swedish Medical Center in Seattle.
