Dr. Robert Russell

Dr. Robert Russell is a clinical Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He is famous for being the first American plastic surgeon to successfully pass the Australian Board examination and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Dr. Russell also volunteers his time with Operation Smile International.
