Dr. Joshua Halpern is an expert in performing endoscopic plastic surgery on the face, breast, and abdomen. He is also well-known for his contributions in designing some techniques and medical instruments in the field of plastic surgery, including the Halpern Breast Marker and the Halpern Universal Endoscopic Retractor. Dr. Halpern is also active in “Operation Smile,” where he reconstructs congenital deformities of patients from less fortunate countries.
