Tomy Starck, M.D.

Dr. Starck received his undergraduate eduation and Medical Degree from the University of Valle in Colombia, S.A. He has been on the faculty of UTHSCSA since 1994 and is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He has been involved in refractive surgery with the original keratomileusis and with vision correction (LASIK, PRK) early on, having performed his first myopic LASIK in 1996 in the United States, and his first hyperopic LASIK in 1997 also in the United States.
