J. Lamar Peacock, Jr., CPA

Lamar is a 1975 graduate of Birmingham Southern College. He joined the firm later that same year and became a partner in the firm in 1984. Lamar’s practice includes providing accounting services to closely held businesses in a variety of industries, including attestation services that encompass audits, reviews and compilations. In addition his practice includes the preparation of various federal and state income tax returns on behalf of many closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Lamar also represents individual clients in the areas income, estate and gift planning and compliance. Lamar is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.
