Dr. Rodgers has previously served as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Navy, and as the State Surgeon for the New Mexico Army National Guard. He is also well-known for being the recipient of the Visx Star award in 1999 for being recognized as one of the top 100 U.S. LASIK surgeons.
