Russ obtained his insurance license in 1981 and his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1994. With over 35 years in insurance, Russ has extensive experience with personal lines, commercial lines and life insurance in San Diego County. In 2006, he formed Springbrook Insurance Agency to concentrate on serving the Non-Profit sector.
