Dr. Charles Wingate completed his Medical Degree from the University of Texas, Medical Branch in 1968 and is currently in practice at Nashua Eye Associates. He then completed his internship and residency at the Harrisburg Polyclinic Hospital and the Medical College of Virginia, respectively.
