Carolyn Cotter, CPA

Carolyn is a Manager in the Corporate Tax Group at BPM and has over seven years of public accounting experience. She provides corporate tax services to companies of all sizes, both privately and publicly-held, with a focus in the high-tech and life science industries. Carolyn has experience with a variety of tax compliance matters, including multi-state and international tax filings and federal and state tax incentives. She also has experience with income tax provisions, FIN48 and Section 382.
