Dr. Frank R. Burns

Dr. Frank Burns earned his medical degree in 1986 at the University of Missouri in Columbia. He is also a Fellow of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Burns is currently in private practice as an ophthalmologist, eye physician, and a surgeon.
