Dr. Rios has successfully performed countless cataract surgeries, intraocular implants, and laser procedures while establishing Atlantic Eye Care as a leading provider of ophthalmologic services in Delaware. He completed a residency program in Comprehensive Ophthalmology in Peru before moving to the United States.
