Ernest is the agency owner and manager. He has been a licensed agent at Ernest Shaghalian since 1980. He is a graduate of Bryant College and achieved the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Accredited Adviser in Insurance Designations. He is also the former president of the Independent Insurance Agent of Rhode Island. Ernest maintains an insurance adjuster license to help his clients with issues that may arise after the sale.
