Fred M. Martin, CPA

Fred has been a partner of Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC since 1994. On September 1, 2013, he was named Partner-in-Charge of the Macon Office. He received his B.S.M. at Tulane University with a specialization in accounting in 1983, and his Master of Taxation (MTX) degree at Georgia State University in 1984. Since joining Mauldin & Jenkins in 1984, Fred has focused his career on income tax and closely held businesses, with a concentration of real estate and fiduciary tax services. Additionally, he provides services in the areas of business and entity valuation, litigation support, estate and wealth transition planning, Internal Revenue Service audit representation and negotiation, and real estate development and acquisition services. Fred routinely provides tax services for other M&J client executives during their financial reporting engagements.
