Franklin T. Li, M.D.

Dr. Franklin Li received his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He has also been involved in providing aid to underserved communities such as Tijuana, Mexico. Dr. Li is board certified in Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
