Scott F. Meister, CPA

Scott joined BLPC in 2001, following the merger with Weber, Steele & Co., L.L.P. He is a manager with the firm and works with individuals and closely-held businesses and their owners and individuals. He is primarily involved in various areas of taxation, including some of the firms larger and more complex tax engagements. Scott graduated from Morningside College with Bachelor of Arts degrees in accounting and finance. Scott is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Iowa Society of CPAs, Altoona Area Chamber of Commerce, Mitchellville Chamber of Commerce, a member of the ISPCA’s Financial Literacy Committee, and a co-leader for his son’s 4-H club.
