Known for her expertise in conducting overhead audits, Diana works closely with construction contractors, architects, engineers and government contractors to help them understand how overhead rates work and how to maximize compensation. Diana is a member of Gross Mendelsohn’s Construction & Real Estate and Government Contractors Groups. In addition to conducting overhead rate audits, Diana provides financial statement audits, reviews and compilations as well as business and individual tax planning, management advice, and accounting system advice to members of the construction, engineering, architecture and government contracting sectors.
