Herbert P. Fechter III, M.D., P.E.

He is known for being the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award in 2009, granted to him by the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Herbert Fechter is a board certified ophthalmologist who is licensed to practice in Georgia and South Carolina. His fellowship training in glaucoma was completed at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida.
