A Shareholder in the Accounting and Auditing Group of Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. – Tofias New England Division, Joyce joined the firm in 2005 and has more than 20 years of accounting and auditing experience working with privately-held companies and not-for-profit and education organizations. Joyce provides a range of services including audits and reviews of financial statements, internal control reviews and recommendations as well as assisting clients in interpreting financial results. Joyce has extensive experience with complex accounting issues including business combinations, accounting for foreign currency transactions, revenue recognition matters, endowment accounting and other unique accounting concepts within the not-for-profit accounting framework.
