Dr. Meadows has performed over 7000 Lasik procedures, over 3000 Cataract procedures and 1000 glaucoma procedures and is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist. He founded the Lasik programs and performed the first LASIK at Eye Care and Surgery Center in 1998, Southern Eye Center in 2000 and Eye Laser and Surgery Center in 2001.
