Casey G. Kinchen, CPA

Casey is a licensed certified public accountant with approximately ten years of public accounting experience. Casey joined Jamie McElravy on August 1, 2007, and formed McElravy, Kinchen & Associates, P.C. which was later reorganized as M&K CPAS, PLLC where he specializes in growing small-cap publicly traded companies and complex accounting issues such as reverse mergers, stock option valuations, shares issued for services, private debt and equity issuances, embedded derivatives, and the accounting for and identification of variable interest entities.
