Robert G. Astorg, CPA

Robert, known to his clients simply as “Bob”, has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1970. Bob is the Chairman of the Federal Tax Project Group for the West Virginia Society of CPAs. He is a graduate of Marshall University and has accumulated over 42 years of continuing professional education. In 1991, Bob’s knowledge of financial institutions earned him the position as Director of United Bankshares, a position he still holds today. He has been the Chairman of the United Bankshares Audit Committee since 1989.
