Their Boston store has a gallery-like setting with high ceilings and an open floor plan. Rugs are draped on the walls from supports which are raised and lowered at the push of a button by the same mechanism used for garage door openers. This is a very helpful device since they specialize in over-sized rugs and have carpets up to 18 x 27 feet and on occasion, even larger.
