James R. Kelly, M.D.

Dr. Kelly, a board-certified eye surgeon and a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, pursued additional training and certification in refractive laser eye surgery. He then specialized in field of corrective eye surgery procedures which includes LASIK, PRK, Implant Surgery, Cataract, and other vision correction procedures.
